Aufgabe 4
Wir betrachten die Gerade \(g\) durch die beiden Punkte \(\qquad A = (1 \, \vert \, 1 \, \vert \, 1)\) und \( B= (6 \, \vert \, 3 \, \vert \, 2) \) und die beiden Punkte \( P = (4 \, \vert \, 4 \, \vert \, 4)\) und \( Q= (4 \, \vert \, {-2} \, \vert \,{-1}) \). Welcher der beiden Punkte \(P\) und \(Q\) liegt näher an \(g\) und wie groß ist sein Abstand von \(g\)? Erklärung Lösung: Der Punkt \(P\) liegt näher an \(g\) als \(Q\) und \(\qquad d(P,g) = \dfrac {\sqrt{234}}{\sqrt{30}}\approx 2.79\) Erläuterung: Zunächst notieren wir, dass die Gerade \(g\) gegeben ist durch \(g : \overrightarrow{x} = \overrightarrow{o} + \lambda \cdot \overrightarrow{q}\), wobei \(\qquad \overrightarrow{o} = \overrightarrow{r}(A) = \left( \begin{matrix} 1 \\ 1 \\ 1 \end{matrix} \right), \quad \overrightarrow{q} = \overrightarrow{AB} = \left( \begin{matrix} 5 \\ 2 \\ 1 \end{matrix} \right)\) Nach unserer Abstandsformel gilt nun für einen beliebigen Punkt \(C\): \(\qquad d(C,g) = \dfrac {\left\vert \overrightarrow{q} \times \left( \overrightarrow{r}(C) - \overrightarrow{o}\right) \right\vert}{ \left\vert \overrightarrow{q} \right\vert}\) Wenden wir das zunächst auf \(P\) an, so erhalten wir \(\qquad\overrightarrow{q} \times \left( \overrightarrow{r}(P) - \overrightarrow{o}\right) = \left( \begin{matrix} 5 \\ 2 \\ 1 \end{matrix} \right) \times \left( \left( \begin{matrix} 4 \\ 4 \\ 4 \end{matrix} \right) - \left( \begin{matrix} 1 \\ 1 \\ 1 \end{matrix} \right) \right)= \left( \begin{matrix} 5 \\ 2 \\ 1 \end{matrix} \right) \times \left( \begin{matrix} 3 \\ 3 \\ 3 \end{matrix} \right)= \left( \begin{matrix} 3 \\ -12 \\ 9 \end{matrix} \right)\) also \(\qquad d(P,g) = \dfrac {\sqrt{3^2 + (-12)^2 + 9^2}}{\sqrt{5^2 + 2^2 + 1^2}} = \dfrac {\sqrt{234}}{\sqrt{30}}\approx 2.79\) Wenden wir die Abstandsformel nun auf \(Q\) an, so erhalten wir \(\qquad\overrightarrow{q} \times \left( \overrightarrow{r}(Q) - \overrightarrow{o}\right) = \left( \begin{matrix} 5 \\ 2 \\ 1 \end{matrix} \right) \times \left( \left( \begin{matrix} 4 \\ -2 \\ -1 \end{matrix}\right) - \left( \begin{matrix} 1 \\ 1 \\ 1 \end{matrix} \right) \right)= \left( \begin{matrix} 5 \\ 2 \\ 1 \end{matrix} \right) \times \left( \begin{matrix} 3 \\ -3 \\ -2 \end{matrix} \right) = \left( \begin{matrix} -1 \\ 13 \\ -21 \end{matrix} \right)\) also \(\qquad d(Q,g) = \dfrac {\sqrt{(-1)^2 + 13^2 + (-21)^2}}{\sqrt{5^2 + 2^2 + 1^2}} = \dfrac {\sqrt{611}}{\sqrt{30}}\approx 4.51\) Offensichtlich liegt also \(P\) näher an \(g\) als \(Q\). |
